Faith Between Sundays: Living with Intention in Everyday Moments

For many of us, faith is easiest to recognize on Sundays.

We gather, we worship, we listen, and we reflect. Sundays give us structure and rhythm and remind us of what matters most. But then Monday comes. The emails return. The pace quickens. Life resumes.

Somewhere between Sundays, faith can begin to feel distant.

But faith was never meant to live only one day a week.

Faith Isn’t Meant to Be Compartmentalized

Scripture reminds us that following Christ is not confined to a moment or a place. It is a way of life.

“So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.”1 Corinthians 10:31

Our faith is meant to shape how we speak, how we work, how we rest, how we love others, and how we show up in the ordinary moments most people never see.

Living with intention between Sundays does not mean doing more. It means remembering who we belong to and allowing that truth to guide the small, everyday choices we make.

What Faith Between Sundays Can Look Like

Faith lived out daily is often quiet and unremarkable, and that is where its power is found.

It might look like choosing patience when frustration would be easier.

It might look like offering kindness when no one is watching.

It might look like beginning the day with prayer, even if it is brief.

It might look like creating space in your home that invites peace rather than chaos.

These moments will not always feel dramatic. But they are faithful.

Honoring God in the Ordinary

There is a tendency to believe that spiritual significance is found only in big moments or bold actions. Scripture tells a different story.

“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.”Colossians 3:23

God meets us in our work, our rest, our homes, and our relationships. He is present in the ordinary, and He cares deeply about how we live there.

Living intentionally between Sundays means offering everyday moments back to God. Our responsibilities. Our creativity. Our conversations. Our decisions.

Not perfectly, but faithfully.

Creating Gentle Reminders of Faith

One of the reasons I started Sacred Living Co. was to create tangible reminders of faith that fit naturally into everyday life.

Not pieces that demand attention, but ones that quietly point us back to truth.

What we wear.

What we display in our homes.

What we choose to keep close.

These things can serve as anchors. Small reminders that faith is not distant, rushed, or reserved for specific moments. It is present, steady, and woven into daily life.

Walking the Journey Together

Faith between Sundays is not about having it all figured out. It is about showing up again and again with intention, trust, and grace.

“Let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds.”Hebrews 10:24

This journey is still unfolding for me, and Sacred Living Co. is growing right alongside it. I am grateful for every person who finds their way here and chooses to walk this path together.

Between Sundays is where most of life happens. And it is where faith can take root, deepen, and grow.

If you would like to continue walking this journey between Sundays, I invite you to subscribe to the Sacred Living Co. newsletter under the Connect section. It is a space for faith-based reflections, encouragement, and reminders for intentional living throughout the week.
